Booking

Booking a flat at Les Appartements Paris Clichy is only valid once the Direction has agreed to it.
Moreover booking -to be firm- should be guaranteed by a credit card accepted by Les Appartements Paris Clichy and under validity or has undergone a prior credit agreement with Les Appartements Paris Clichy or furthermore has been followed by a down payment.

Price List

The price list is specified in euros only includes the apartment’s layout and all service included in performance. The price list includes every taxe (stay, local…). Performances in option are not included in prices.

Payment and Cancellation conditions

1 – Standard Rate

CANCELLATION : If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

PREPAYMENT : The total amount may be charged at least 2 days prior to arrival.

2 -Non-refundable Rate

CANCELLATION : Please note, if cancelled, modified or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

PREPAYMENT : The total price of the reservation may be charged anytime after booking.

• No smoking in flats
• No parties, gatherings or loud noise in flats or hallways
• No guests
